At fragua-gp, the first thing we do is to learn about where the company currently stands, and where does it want to go, to then establish a set of objectives, in a joint manner.

DIFFERENT OBJECTIVES, DIFFERENT ACTIONS

Based on the objectives defined, the actions required will be different.

In some cases we will study if the company’s product or service is adequate to be marketed abroad, in other cases, we will define which markets are the most favorable, if necessary, we will look for business partners in specific countries, we can escort the customer in prospecting trips, we can take trips to expressly look for customers, we can organize events to attract new customers, press conferences, set up the company in those countries, analyze which public funding can the company benefit from...

In short, to escort our customers in the process of engaging in new markets abroad, to make it simple, minimizing risks.
